However, we understand that sometimes a product may be purchased in error, may not meet your requirements or may be damaged in shipping.
The following is our policy for returns:
Purchases from our website: Because we understand that you may be cautious about buying online site sight unseen, we offer a two week (from date of purchase) no questions asked return policy. If you are not satisfied with anything you order from Hard Core Fishing Tackle, simply send it back to us for a full refund. We will credit your Paypal account, your credit card or mail you a refund, with the full complete cost of the original purchase, including outbound shipping. Please return only undamaged and unused merchandise for a full refund. Damaged in Transit: If your Hard Core Fishing Tackle order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier immediately and report the damage. You should also e-mail us at Hard Core Fishing Tackle’s customer service and we will issue a call tag for the damaged products. We will immediately reship your order following confirmation.
Mistake or exchange
Please e-mail our Customer Service department and we will gladly work with you on shipping the correct items to you. Please notice that we may require additional shipping and pick up charge depending on the circumstances. It is our goal to deal with your unique situation in a fair and equitable manner.
