Most orders are shipped the next day following the order. However, we may be required to hold a shipment if we are not able to confirm the authenticity of the payment or we suspect fraud. If we need additional information to complete your order, we will contact you within 24 hours. If your address is not verified or you are a new Pay Pal user, please let us know via email and we will contact you prior to shipment. The above instance may result in delay in shipping your order. By providing us with complete information, including a daytime telephone number, you can help us minimize any delays. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
We ship via USPS, UPS Ground or Fedex unless otherwise requested. In some cases, a signature may be required for delivery. In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available. Determination of shipping charges is automatically made at checkout.
