We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day. We ship via USPS, UPS Ground or Fedex unless otherwise requested. In some cases, a signature may be required for delivery. In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available.

If you are not satisfied with anything you order from Hard Core Fishing Tackle, simply send it back to us for a full refund. We will credit your Paypal account, your credit card or mail you a refund, with the full complete cost of the original purchase, including outbound shipping.
Please return only undamaged and unused merchandise for a full refund.
Damaged in Transit: If your Hard Core Fishing Tackle order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier immediately and report the damage. You should also e-mail us at Hard Core Fishing Tackle’s customer service and we will issue a call tag for the damaged products. We will immediately reship your order following confirmation. Mistake or exchange: Please e-mail our Customer Service department and we will gladly work with you on shipping the correct items to you.
